About Me

Brianna Rosen is a trusted advisor on artificial intelligence, technology policy, and global security.

Drawing on over a decade of national security experience — including at the White House National Security Council and the Office of the Vice President — she helps clients innovate responsibly and navigate the digital frontier.

Brianna founded and leads the Programme for Cyber and Technology Policy at the University of Oxford, where she develops evidence-based solutions that harness AI and other technologies for the public good. She also serves as a Senior Fellow and Director of the Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technologies Initiative at Just Security, based at New York University School of Law.

With deep policy expertise and strategic insight, Brianna provides clients with clear, actionable guidance on today’s most complex technological and geopolitical challenges. She holds a PhD in Public Policy from Oxford and has advised senior leaders across government, industry, and international organizations.
